New Training Phase

We just finished our 5 week cycle and the progress was unreal!

We are sooooo proud of every single person and it’s only the start.

On Monday, 20th November, we are kicking off our new phase. It will run for 2 weeks on, taking two weeks of due to our Xmas Crackers, and pick up where we left off with another 4 weeks of work.

After building our capacity and getting confident hitting some higher volume numbers in our gymnastics under fatigue, we are going to introduce more work where you will find repeating movement patterns (push and pull) in certain workouts to prepare you not just physically, but also allows you to develop a better understanding of how you need to manage fatigue in order to get the work done.

We are also going to start and build in some higher volume reps at heavier numbers with our weightlifting so we can be confident bringing up our weights under fatigue. You will also be hitting some strength work and accessory work along the way to allow our numbers to go up.

On Thursdays, our focus is going to shift towards rope climbs to continue our upper body strength focus as well skill level.

Throughout you will still find classic CrossFit pairings and styled workouts throughout the next weeks to keep your fitness and skills!
